Automated bar-fed production of rotational components on Doosan CNC lathes. The LYNX 220 with Iemca bar feeder enables unattended operation — suited for annual volumes from 500 to 50,000 pieces.
Shafts, bushings, rings, custom fasteners and special-purpose rotational parts in any machinable material. Each part is CMM-inspected for dimensional conformity.

The Senfeng SF-3015H 3 kW fibre laser cuts sheet and plate stock with clean edges and high repeatability. Working area of 1,500 × 3,000 mm covers most standard sheet formats.
Suitable for complex contours, perforations and cut-to-size blanks for subsequent bending, machining or welding. Minimal burr, minimal post-processing.

Three Kemppi MIG welding stations equipped with a real-time monitoring system. Every weld is logged and traceable — essential for projects that require full process documentation.
We work to WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) standards, ensuring consistent weld quality across production runs. Fabricated assemblies, sub-assemblies and structural components.
Electrostatic powder application for durable corrosion protection. Our curing oven accommodates parts up to 3 × 2 metres, handling standard components as well as larger fabrications.
Full RAL colour range available. Gloss, satin and matte textures. Surface preparation — degreasing, sandblasting — is performed in-house prior to coating.
Our coordinate measuring machine provides full 3D dimensional verification of every production batch. Each measured part is documented with a detailed inspection report covering all critical dimensions and tolerances.
CMM inspection ensures batch-to-batch consistency across your entire annual volume. Available as part of our integrated production flow or as a standalone measurement service.
